No, you must have a personal connection that includes any of the following:

• Citizenship 
• Residency
• You, your parent or your sibling was born in the country.
• Legal spouse was born in the country.
• You work in the country.

The Universal Petite Pageant has 5 divisions for women. 

• Teen (13-18; Never married, no children)
• Miss (19-26; Never married, no children)
• Ms. (18-44; Single, divorced, widowed. May or may not have children.)
• Mrs. (18+; Must be Married.)
• Elite Ms. (45+ ; May be married or unmarried. May or may not have children.)

• Contestant’s 5-Day Cruise Accommodations aboard the Paradise, Carnival Cruise
• Contestant’s meals during the cruise
• Country Banner (white competition sash) for Competition & Events during Pageant
• Entry for the International Costume Competition

• Entry for the Photogenic Award Competition
• For independent contestants: Crown and Sash for the National Titleholder (This is additional to the competition sash given aboard the cruise in orientation.)
